Terms & Conditions

Please review the terms and conditions relating to this reservation.

Renter must be 25 To Reserve and Check-in.

Fees

A non-refundable reservation fee of $50.00 will be added to each reservation. A fee of $20.00 will be charged for all returned checks. Although each property will be equipped for rental purposes, we cannot accept responsibility for aesthetic conflicts. In the event of circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change units.

Deposits & Payments

A deposit of $100 (13 nights or less) or $200 (14 to 20 nights) or $300 (21 nights or more) plus a $50 reservation fee will be charged on your credit card, or, if not valid the reservation will be automatically canceled. 

Final payment may be paid by cash, check, money order, travelers checks, or credit card on the day of arrival or the next business day if arriving after our normal business hours.

A 24-hour courtesy hold is available without obligation. However, once you have provided your credit card information and are given a confirmation number, your reservation is booked and subject to all cancellation fees.

Security Deposit & Damage

At this time, Siesta Royale does not charge a security deposit. Renter hereby authorizes Siesta Royale to charge the credit card for the cost of repairs, replacement, services, cable entertainment purchases, telephone charges or extra cleaning for all damage, breakage and/or loss incurred during his/her stay. In the event of damage to the premises, its equipment, furniture, or carpeting, Renter shall be responsible for damage costs, including collection costs and attorney’s fees. Documentation detailing damages and charges will be provided to the guest.

Cancellations/Changes & Refunds

A refund of the deposit, less the reservation fee, will be returned to you if you notify Siesta Royale sixty days prior to your arrival date.  THIS CANCELLATION POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO SPECIAL PROMOTIONS.  CONTACT THE OFFICE FOR DETAILS.

Should the owner of any property elect to remove their property from our rental program, the guest shall not hold Siesta Royale liable. In such an instance, the guest will be relocated to comparable accommodations determined by the rental management. If comparable accommodations are not available, the guest will receive a full refund.

NO refunds for early departures.  Siesta Royale is not responsible for events beyond our control, e.g. inclement weather, red tide, hurricanes, maintenance or equipment issues, etc. You may want to purchase Travel Insurance which guarantees that in the event of a medical emergency or weather hindrances you may receive a refund from your insurance provider.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-In is between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.  (Early arrivals are not permitted to utilize Siesta Royale property, i.e., pool, beach, parking, etc.)

Go directly to your unit if you do not arrive by close of business.

Go directly to your unit after 1:00 p.m. if you arrive on a Sunday or holiday.

Check-Out is 10:00 AM.

Renter and Renter’s entire party must vacate the property and return the keys to the office no later than 10:00 a.m. Failure to check out on time could result in a late fee. All apartments are cleaned and inspected upon your departure and the cost is included in your rental fee.

Apartment Equipment

All apartments are privately owned and equipped for basic vacation needs. Bed linens and towels are provided. Kitchen utensils and a supply of soap, dish soap, trash bags and toilet tissue are made available for all rentals. You will need to bring or purchase other supplies.

Telephones are provided. Local calls and long distance calls to the U.S. and Canada are free. Use a calling card or dial collect to place long distance calls to other locations.

Maintenance problems in the apartment will be handled in a timely and professional manner. The rental rate will not be adjusted due to any malfunction of equipment, which includes TV’s, VCR’s, DVD’s, air conditioning units, water heaters, stoves, refrigerators, door locks, etc.

Maximum Occupancy

Each unit has a specific maximum occupancy. Take note of the maximum number of guests allowed in the apartment before making your reservation. This policy is strictly enforced.

Gatherings

Siesta Royale is located on Crescent Beach and the apartments are rented for personal vacation use only. Parties and other large gatherings are not allowed unless previously arranged and approved by the office. Violators risk forfeiture of their deposit, rental fees, and eviction.

No Smoking

Siesta Royale property and ALL apartments are Non-SmokingNo exceptions.  Violators will be asked to vacate the unit and property immediately.  If it is discovered after departure that smoking had taken place in the unit, there will be a $300.00 fine and the Renter will not be allowed to rebook at Siesta Royale.  Smoking is permitted beyond our sign on the beach and at the sidewalk along Midnight Pass Road, only.

Pet Policy

No pets allowed – no exceptions. Violators will be asked to vacate the unit immediately and no future reservations will be allowed for the Renter.

Cleaning

Renter agrees to maintain the cleanliness of the premises during the occupancy and to leave the premises clean and in good condition upon departure.

Additional Provisions

Management may enter the premises at any time in the event of emergency, but will use its best efforts to give 24-hour notice for normal maintenance.

Disclaimer

The Renter agrees that Siesta Royale shall not be liable to Renter, Renter’s guests, invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the rental premises. Renter shall hold Siesta Royale harmless and indemnified from and against all loss or damage occasioned by use, misuses or abuse of any part of or fixture on the premises, surrounding areas and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of the Renter, his/her guests or invitees. The Renter acknowledges that Siesta Royale acting solely in the capacity of Agent for the property owner, assumes no liability thereunder.
