Our apartments come furnished with sheets, blankets and towels; pots and pans; dishes; silverware; coffee maker; toaster, microwave and hair dryer. All units have a stove and refrigerator; not all have a dishwasher.

We furnish you with toilet paper, bath soap, garbage bags, dish soap and dishwasher soap.

Each unit is equipped with linens for the number of guests in your reservation.

We do not supply paper towels, facial tissue or coffee filters.

You will need to bring your own beach towels. We ask that you do not use our bath towels at the beach or pool.

Smoking is not allowed in any of the common areas of the property. This includes the pool area, balconies, lanais, the front and back of the court units, parking areas, the beach shelters and the beach eastward of our signs. All units are non-smoking units.

Our office hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 – 5:00. If you arrive after 5:00, we will unlock your unit, leaving the keys inside, along with your parking permit. Go directly to your unit. If you arrive on Sunday or a holiday, your unit will be unlocked by 1:00 p.m. Please come to the office the next business morning to settle your account.

We have chaise lounge and straight back chairs at the pool and on the beach. Additionally, there are two shade shelters on our private beach, approximately 50 feet from the seawall. If you want to sit at the water’s edge or in the water, you will need to provide your own sand chairs as our chairs are not permitted in or near the water.

Yes, we have two affixed charcoal grills. Both grills are located on the parking lot side of the 2-story beachfront building; one on the north side and one on the south side. You will need to provide your own charcoal and lighter fluid. You may have your own grill and use it on the seawall if you are staying in the 2-story beachfront building or behind your unit if you are staying in a court unit. No grilling is allowed on the beach, grassy areas, parking areas, sidewalks or front of the units, and no grilling on the porches or the balconies.

There is a numbered parking spot for each unit. These spots are in front of your unit. We have very few visitor parking spots. All registered guests should acquire a parking permit from the office for their visitors, Guests parking spots are on a first-come, first-served basis

We do not provide daily housekeeping.

There is an on-site coin operated laundry room, located near the pool. Linen exchange, where you can obtain fresh towels and sheets, is conducted twice weekly.

These types of vehicles (including those with a recreational license plate) are not allowed on Siesta Royale property. This includes 2- and 3-wheeled scooters rented from local establishments.

There are several ways of making an on-line reservation. You can use the Search button on the Home page or select the menu item "Search" and use any of the search options. Once you have selected a unit, just follow the directions for making your reservation. You will not be able to make an on-line reservation within 7 days prior to your arrival date nor more than 10 months in advance. If you would like to make a reservation for these times, please call the office. We cannot make reservations more than one year in advance. A reservation for 3 or 4 nights may be possible but only 30 or less nights in advance. The rental office number 941.349.4014
