During the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, our goal is to do whatever we can to protect the health and safety of our guests, owners and staff. As a result, we have put in place several protocols throughout the Siesta Royale property. These include:
- A Contact Free Arrivals Policy, thus eliminating the need for our guests to be in the office. Final payment is now due fourteen (14) days prior to arrival. (Please call the office to make payment arrangements.)
- Limited access to the office and staff. Only one person allowed in the office at a time.
- Face coverings are required in the office and during laundry exchange.
- We ask our guests to PLEASE practice social distancing while on Siesta Royale property. This includes at the pool and on the beach.
- Check-in time is now 3:00 pm. This will allow adequate time to clean and sanitize each unit between guests in accordance with CDC protocols.
- Signage throughout the property recommending social distancing, and providing COVID-19 Protocols.
- Information in each unit as to where to obtain CDC and Health Department information on COVID-19.
- A revised linen exchange program, limiting contact between guests and our staff.
- Service requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
